Social Media Process

STEP ONE: INTRO CALL

We’ll start with a quick video call to discuss where you need support, making sure my strengths align with your priorities. After our chat, if we seem to be a good fit, I’ll send over your quote. You’ll also receive a Client Service Agreement & your initial invoice so you can get the ball rolling if you’re ready!

Step Two: Set-up & strategy development

At this phase, I’ll ask for quite a bit of your time: We’ll have two 90-minute calls in order to develop a phenomenal content strategy designed to support your unique business and goals.

Step Three & beyond: monthly management

Once your strategy is developed and you’ve approved your first week of social media content, we’ll move into our ongoing monthly rhythm. All you’ll have to do is meet with me monthly to review your metrics and strategy recommendations. Sounds like a breath of fresh air, right?

FAQs

  • I’ll list package prices below. In addition to the posts and platforms listed, each includes a comprehensive content strategy, engagement, metrics reporting, and ongoing recommendations to improve.

    3 posts per week + 2 profiles - $750

    5 posts per week + 2 profiles - $950

    7 posts per week + 2 profiles - $1,150

  • Packages require a commitment of at least 6 months, and then your contract moves to month-to-month. If you need to halt services for any reason within the first 6 months, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of your remaining contract.

  • Your first payment is required before we begin and covers:

    • Two 90-minute strategy sessions

    • Development of your unique content strategy

    • Audit & recommendations for your social media platforms

    • Your first week of social media content

    Then, we move to monthly invoicing. I send invoices on the first business day of each month for that month’s content (which is created the month prior… a little confusing, I know).

    Your first month may be pro-rated, depending on how the calendar falls. For example, if you’re receiving 2 weeks of content, your package would cost $450 that month instead of $900.

  • It takes about 2 weeks from our first 90-minute strategy call. During this time, I learn your business, develop your strategy, and create your first batch of content.

    • Two 90-minute strategy calls (don’t worry, we’ll take breaks!)

    • Reviewing and approving your monthly content

    • Providing photos and videos if your strategy requires them

    • A monthly 45-minute call to review your metrics and plan upcoming content

  • Yes! I’m a content marketing strategist: I manage social media, write content, and write website copy. I provide many of my social media clients with blog, copywriting, and email newsletter support. If you want ongoing support in any of those areas, I can design a custom package for you. Otherwise, I’m available as-needed at an hourly rate of $75.
